I wish they would list where and when the showing is. It might interfere with some of my many plans for the holidays, NOT!

As usual I will slave over a turkey dinner, starting Wednesday. Everyone will tell me how delicious it is. I will be exhausted and not care how delicious it is. Then they will “help” clean up, which consists of moving their dishes to the general vicinity of the sink and then they will disappear. My husband, dear heart that he is, will stay behind and scrape and load the dishwasher. I will wrap and put the leftovers away and then we will both collapse and watch TV.

The next day, might or might not find me parked outside of Target in the wee hours to get a bargain. It depends on what they have and whether it’s worth it to me to traipse out at that time of the morning.

My holidays are predictable and I kind of like it like that.
