New Images from “John Carpenter’s The Thing” Prequel

So, technically this film is a prequel to the 1982 John Carpenter film The Thing, but with the same name and new cast, it is often going to be referred to as a remake. No doubt having the same name as the film it is a prequel to is a bit confusing, but with Joel Edgerton and Scott Pilgrim‘s Mary Elizabeth Winstead starring in this gritty and gore film, it might stand a chance. Take a look at the photos below, and tell me that it doesn’t look at least a bit intriguing.
