New “Iron Man 2” HD Trailer – Simply Amazing!

Last night after the Oscars telecast on the Jimmy Kimmel Live post Oscar event, they premiered the trailer for the most anticipated blockbuster of the year, Iron Man 2. It is quite funny that this film has such high anticipation, because if you went back three years ago Iron Man was kind of a second tier superhero. Well known by comic book geeks, but the general public probably only had a small inkling of who he was. Now? Well, he’s approaching Spider-man in terms of popularity, and it is all due to Jon Faverau and his star Robert Downey Jr. If the trailer is any indication, we are due for some more ass kicking action, and some genuinely funny moments. I’m not going to say much about what is in the trailer. I will let you dissect that for yourself.

Synopsis:

The world is aware that billionaire inventor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is the armored Super Hero Iron Man. Under pressure from the government, the press and the public to share his technology with the military, Tony is unwilling to divulge the secrets behind the Iron Man armor because he fears the information will slip into the wrong hands. With Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), and James “Rhodey” Rhodes (Don Cheadle) at his side, Tony forges new alliances and confronts powerful new forces.
