Sean Penn to take down the Mexican Cartel?

Apparently this years Best Actor winner is in talks to star as a father protecting his son after the family is raveged by a drug cartel from Mexico.

Being coined an action vehicle, Penn will be directed by Asger Leth and produced by Brian Grazer.  Little else is known at this point, other than this is a very timely topic.

I am on board if Penn is, so lets see how this shakes out?
