    This stinks. Hey after being slow on screening, we get THE GOODS, PONYO, AND DISTRICT 9 all on the same night, at the same time, and at the same venue. Decisions,decions.

    Having already seen Districts 1 thru 8, I feel it is my duty to see District 9. I must admit I did not see District 8 1/2 by some guy named Fellini since I have trouble eating popcorn and reading subtitles at the same time. So it goes.

    Hey, I REALLY WANT TO SEE THIS MOVIE!!! I HAVE EVER SINCE IT WAS ANNOUNCED! IT IS A GRAT IDEA AND PLEASE, LET ME SEE IT. I also received passes for A Perfect Getaway and siad I wasnt able to go, so you said you’ll give me another pass. Please!! Thank you!

    A free-screening for possibly the best sci-fi film of the last decade? I can’t wait to see this movie. Blomkamp has so much potential, and with Peter Jackson producing, I’ve got a lot of confidence in this project.

    So I am a little irritated that everyone keeps throwing out Peter Jackson’s name. I love the man too but he is only producing. And from what I have read this is Neill Blomkamp’s movie. Jackson only had some input and funded the thing. So I am very excited to see what Mr. Blomkamp will do give us for his first MAJOR outing as a director. This movie could beat Harry Potter and (500) Days of Summer to become my favorite movie of the year thus far.

    My brother is a movie buff and He really wanted to see this film. He says the movie looks like it actually has some thought behind it. He’s been waiting to see this movie all summer. An advance screening would be wonderful.

    I have loved science fiction movies and books for the last 40 years or so. The plot of this movie sounds great and with Peter Jackson at the helm, District 9 has to be good (or great).I would love to attend the screening of District 9.

    I’m looking forward to seeing this movie because it isn’t based on a comic book and it isn’t a sequel. It looks to be a wonderfully original film and that excites me a lot.

    I want to see the movie because I think it is going to be like any other struggle that occurs in human nature. blacks vs. whites, gays vs. straights, and now, the humans vs. aliens. Our history continually repeats itself with new character groups. But I do love a good sci-fi flick and I cannot wait to see this.

    I want to see this film because I really do feel like this will be different from every other sci-fi ‘destroy the world’ flick. It really has a message to portray and (from the looks of it) a solid plot. It looks to keep me on my toes and I have been looking forward to this film ever since I heard about the possibility of it being made.
